Our Story

Welcome to Living Savior Lutheran Church!

Living Savior Lutheran Church of Tualatin, Oregon was started as a mission congregation of the Northwest District of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod in 1978 under the direction of missionary-at-large Pastor Hal Hingst who also served as the first pastor of the newly formed congregation. We are blessed to be in this community and we are happy you came to visit us. We are located at 8740 SW Sagert St. in Tualatin, Oregon. The true hope and joy of the congregation is to be found in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Our worship service times are 8:30 am and 11:00 am on Sundays (summer 8:30 am and 10:15 am), with the early service reflecting a traditional worship style and the later service a more contemporary style. Many other meetings and activities take place at our facility. As part of our mission statement, we are out there looking for new places to grow and to reach the community around us.  If you have anything you would like Living Savior to offer, please don’t hesitate to talk to us about it.  You can talk to anyone of the staff.

The congregation fosters ministry to people of many ages including:
